1,700-Year-Old Curse Tablet Discovered

November 13, 2013 A rolled up sheet of lead inscribed in Greek with a curse was recently uncovered in excavations at the City of David, south of the Old City wall in Jerusalem. The curse is apparently linked to a legal action against the opponent of a woman named Kyrilla. The curse tablet is thought to be 1,700 years old.

King David’s Palace Uncovered

July 31, 2013 Archaeology continues to support the Biblical narrative of Israel’s history. Israeli archaeologists recently uncovered two structures dating to 10th century BC which support the Bible’s account of the united Kingdom of Israel under King Saul, King David and King Solomon.
