On Thursday morning, the grisly murder of a 13-year-old girl as she slept in her bed grieved and saddened all of Israel. Hallel Yaffa Ariel of Kiryat Arba was murdered by a 17-year-old Palestinian terrorist, Muhammad Tarayrah, who was from the nearby village Bani Naim.

Paris Summit Decides to Incentivize Peace
